10-Inch Rack Mount (1U), Device-Specific

Give your mini PC, Raspberry Pi or desktop switch a real home in your 10-inch rack. Each version of this 1U mount is designed around the published dimensions of one device, so it sits snug on raised rails instead of sliding around on a generic shelf. The front stays open, so ports, buttons and status lights are easy to reach.

• Made for your device: 0.75 mm clearance per side plus front stop lips, so the device can't slide out of the front.
• Fits standard 10-inch racks: Standard 10-inch rack size: 254 mm (10 in) wide, 1U (44.45 mm) tall. Slotted rack holes (±2.5 mm) fit 236.5 mm (9.31 in) rail spacing and M6, M5 or 10-32 rack screws. Use the screws that came with your rack (not included).
• Two halves, printed flat for strength: the halves slide together on a V tongue-and-groove, and your rack screws hold them in line. Add one optional M3 × 20 mm bolt and nut through the rear bosses to lock them into one rigid piece before racking.
• Stays cool: a vented floor and raised rails leave an air gap under the device. Slots fit an optional 20 mm hook-and-loop strap.
• PETG, not PLA: PETG handles warm equipment better than the PLA many printed mounts use.

Pick your version

• Fits Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny M720q / M920q: device 179 × 183 × 34.5 mm (37 mm with rubber feet). Mount depth 203 mm. Front I/O and power button stay reachable.
• Raspberry Pi 5 ×2 (bare board, with or without the Active Cooler; not for cased Pis): each half holds one Pi on M2.5 standoffs, with the USB and Ethernet ports facing out the front. Needs 8 × M2.5 × 6 mm screws (not included). USB-C power and micro-HDMI exit to the side, so right-angle cables or PoE are the tidiest option. Mount depth 106 mm.
• 8-port desktop switch, 158 × 101 × 25 mm: fits TP-Link TL-SG108 / TL-SG108E. Mount depth 121 mm.
• 5-port desktop switch, 100 × 98 × 25 mm: fits TP-Link TL-SG105 / TL-SG105E. Mount depth 118 mm.
